Treadmill Maintenance

​Treadmill Maintenance: 

Treadmills are some of the most expensive and highest wear items in your fitness facility. By their design and function they have more friction, load bearing, moving parts and wear items than most other pieces of fitness equipment.
  1. Electronic diagnostic and factory calibration. 
  2. Clean and lube your running deck with the manufacturer's recommended lubricant (wax, silicone or acetone). 
  3. Clean and inspect motor, drive system and electronics. 
  4. Align and adjust running belt tension. 
  5. Inspect roller barring, frame, shock system, belt, deck and frame for wear or damage. 
  6. Ensure that all electronic or mechanical safety features are working properly.

 Elliptical Maintenance:

Ellipticals are some of the most popular units in any fitness center. They have a complex system of motorized and hinged components that are all designed to work in sync with one another to provide smooth operation. 
  1. Electronics diagnostic and factory calibration.
  2. Clean, lubricate and inspect all track, hinge and roller systems. 
  3. Inspect frame and hinge points for wear or damage.
  4. Ensure that all resistance, stride and/or elevation adjustments are working properly. 
  5. Inspect belts and/or chains for wear. 
  6. Ensure that all electronic or mechanical safety features are working properly. ​

​Strength Equipment typically works great until it doesn't, at that point a malfunctioning piece of strength equipment can be dangerous to use and one of your greatest areas of liability exposure. Go FISKiT will inspect and maintain your strength equipment to catch any potential issues before they are a problem. 
  1. Inspect all cables and pulleys for damage or wear.
  2. Inspect cable routing and hinge point for proper alignment and/or wear.
  3. Inspect frame and assembly for structural damage. 
  4. Inspect weight stack adjustments and selector pins. 
  5. Adjust cable tension, lubricate guide rods.
